ABOUT THE OWNER

Amber Pruitt

Amber is the owner/chef of PB&J Catering LLC. She was born, raised and currently resides in Wichita, Kansas. Oddly, Amber’s career goal was to become a doctor, and then a nurse, and over time she discovered her passion for cooking by watching her aunts, grandmother and dad in the kitchen. Amber decided to pack up her life and move to Texas to adventure off to culinary school. Cooking was a way for Amber to spend extra time with her dad who loved to “burn in the kitchen.”

The name of her catering business was inspired by the memory of her father Patrick B. Pruitt and her son Jeremiah.

After officially launching her business in 2020, she has had the honor of catering corporate events, business luncheons, various family and friend gatherings. In her free time, she likes to read, shop, and check out the latest movies. Amber specializes in variety of food genres. Her ultimate goal is to provide great food with phenomenal customer service, to new and repeat customers.
